When we were little my parents had these hand puppets made of towel. They were supposed to help bath children. We had one that was a Crocodile named Doc Croc. We also had Sooty & Sweep hand puppets. My dad worked split shifts at Pound Green Hotel in Shipdham. He would be home for bath time every night and then go to work. My brother would always have to sit at the tap end as I was the oldest, hehe. My dad would come into the bathroom, lay on the floor and do a puppet show on the outside of the bath. It was the best time of our day. He would get us so excited and wound up that there was no chance of us going to sleep after that. 

My Granny would always say to my mum, "Pat he has wound those kids up again". Dad would then leave for work and leave mum to settle us back down ready for bed.

I believe this is why both my brother and I absolutely love being on, beside or in water.
